1. Check that your address, including any apartment or suite numbers, is properly filled to ensure a smooth delivery experience. 

2. Be aware of the product lead times for your order which are located at the bottom of each listing. 

3. There is a 24 hr period to cancel any made to order piece. Raw materials are ordered the day after your order is placed.

4. For International customers: Please review the information regarding potential customs and duties fees. Import duties, taxes, and fee are NOT included in your purchase price.
