Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and while I strive to create each piece with care and transparency, I understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Below you'll find detailed return policies based on the type of order placed.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned if they are unused, unworn, and unaltered. Items must be returned in their original, complete packaging and you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to request return authorization.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage and insurance must be prepaid by the customer. I strongly recommend insuring your return, as I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once I receive and inspect the piece, a store credit will be issued within 5 days for use toward a future purchase.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any piece using stones outside my standard offering, sale items, engraved jewelry, or rings featuring graded Diamonds from AGS, IGI, or GIA. I work closely with you during the custom process to ensure every detail is clear before your piece is made.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Because each made-to-order piece is crafted specifically for you, I do not accept general returns on these items. As a one-person studio, I create each piece from scratch and do not keep stock on hand—meaning time, care, and materials are dedicated to your individual order.
That said, I’m happy to answer any questions you may have before you purchase. I provide detailed photos and descriptions, and you’re always welcome to reach out for additional information or guidance.
In rare situations, I may approve a return on a made-to-order item within 3 days of delivery. If approved, the piece must be returned within 10 days in its original packaging and in new, unworn condition. After inspection, a store credit will be issued, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Items that show wear or damage will not qualify for a credit and will be returned to you.
Cancellations on made-to-order pieces must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, materials are purchased and work begins. If canceled after 24 hours, a store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee to cover materials.
If an order is refused upon delivery and returned to me, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit once the package is received and inspected. Any costs to reship is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to an incorrect ring size selected at checkout. I recommend getting professionally sized by a local jeweler to ensure the best fit. If resizing is needed later, I’m happy to adjust your ring for a fee (based on metal costs for upsizing), or you can visit a local jeweler you trust.
International Customers
If an international package is refused due to non-payment of customs or duty fees, and it is returned to me, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit once the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your shipping method, international returns may take 2–10 weeks to arrive.
Store credit will be issued upon successful return and inspection of the piece.
Customs, Duties & VAT
Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. These are fees imposed by your own country and are not included in the price of the jewelry or shipping. As a U.S.-based seller, I have no control over these charges and do not receive any portion of them.
Before placing an international order, I recommend reviewing your country’s import policies to understand what fees may apply. In short, your local government may require taxes on imported goods, as if they were purchased locally.
