SIZING

If for some reason you ordered an incorrect size I can re-size it depending on the ring. Some stones are too fragile for me to re-size so I can't resize everything because it depends on the stone.

it will be a $45 charge plus the added cost of materials if sizing up. Pricing on 14k Gold will be based on current market pricing so a quote will be needed. I do encourage you to please either buy a ring sizer or drop by a local jeweler so that I can make whatever size needed. I make quarter sizes as well so please contact me if you need one because I will need to charge for my time to re-size.

RETURNS

I guarantee and stand behind all of my jewelry and If I make a mistake or size error then I will happily take care of it and repair or replace  it at no charge.

RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE PIECES (98% of my shop):

All of my made to order pieces cannot be returned because everything I make is handmade and takes time as well as the investment in the materials to create your chosen piece. I have clear photos and descriptions which will accurately describe the pieces and you're free to contact me for anymore product info that you need. 

No Returns or exchanges will be done because of an incorrect ring size chosen at checkout. I make rings based on the size you chose so I urge you to not guess the size. If concerned, go up a size so you can take the ring to a local jewelry to size down which is cheaper than sizing up. I have a ring sizer available for your reference. Also a stop at your local jeweler can help you with ring sizes.

Returns incur a 35% restocking fee. Returns can be made under very limited circumstances and are done on a case by case basis. This is for my time and material costs. If you have ANY questions, please make sure that you ask them before you make your purchase.

All of my jewelry is handmade and is intended to have an organic feel and look and I try to reflect an organic texture with every piece in my shop. This is what sets me apart from a pre-made piece imported in mass quantities from a large retailer. What someone might call defects are actually intended as part of the Artisan appeal and Organic design. If you are unhappy with your item due to defects that are not part of the design aesthetic, I will happily do everything to correct any issues that arise.

RETURNS ON READY TO SHIP JEWELRY

You can return any unused and unworn pre-made and ready to ship pieces in their original complete packaging, within 5 days of receipt. I must be notified immediately upon receipt of the items in order to issue an RMA#. Original shipping costs are non-refundable as is return shipping.

- You will need to first contact me for a return authorization # before returning an item so that my shipping instructions can be provided. Only merchandise approved for return with an RMA#will be processed. *If you send merchandise without prior approval, your package will be refused and promptly returned to sender.

- Returns must be shipped with postage and insurance already paid. I strongly recommend insuring any returned shipments for your own protection since I am not responsible if your package is lost while returning to me. Return shipping costs and insurance fees are not reimbursable

- A credit will be issued back to your original form of payment within 3 - 7 days of return receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- At this time all international orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please take this into consideration before ordering.

All sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

US Shipping is a FLAT $5.95 for Priority and International ships via International First Class with Insurance. 

*Domestic Express shipping is available with a shipping time of 1 to 3 business days. This does not speed up production time. It is merely a faster way of shipping once my lead time is met and the order is complete. I have found over the years that Express Mail can take up to 3 days even though they state "overnight" so please be aware of this before choosing this as your shipment method.

International Shipments:

*Custom Fees and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Purchases from my site will not be marked as gifts. In the US falsifying of customs forms comes with a potential 10K fine AND the possible loss of the ability to continue to conduct business in the US. Please do not purchase if you are not comfortable with these terms.

Shipment Notification:

Once your order has shipped, I will provide a tracking number in your account status and mark your item as shipped. You will also receive an email notification on your changed shipment status. Please check your confirmation number or your shipment on USPS.com before contacting me about your shipment status. Check your Bulk/Junk folder if you cannot find your confirmation. USPS has stated that they are not required to scan shipments throughout their whole destinatation just at delivery so please keep this in mind when contacting me.

PAYMENT

Taxes:

Shipments within California will need to pay a sales tax rate of 8.25%.

Payments are processed through my secure credit card processor Authorize.net. I accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card for payments. If you would like to pay via Paypal I can give you a link to one of my other online shops that can take that payment option.
