Ordering Information:

All of my jewelry is custom made by me in my Bay Area studio, so lead times are 2 to 4 weeks to fabricate before shipment. I work alone and always have a large que of orders so my lead time is necessary and I ask for it to be respected.

Please take this into consideration when time is a factor. If you are in a rush or the item is for a gift, please contact me before ordering to ensure that I can fulfill your request. A rush fee of $80.00 may need to be added for a special rush order request.

Please note: custom orders cannot be cancelled once entered into the production phase. The time frame for cancellation is the same day the order was placed.

Shipping:

I ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS International. International shipments are responsible for any fees or duties incurred by customs.

*Express shipping is available with a shipping time of 1 to 3 business days. This does not speed up production time. It is merely a faster way of shipping once my lead time is met and the order is complete. I have found over the years that Express Mail can take up to 3 days even though they state "overnight" so please be aware of this before choosing this as your shipment method.

Certain high value pieces in my shop will need to be shipped via Fed Ex for International shipments.

After your package has shipped, I'm not responsible for the speed of delivery, packages undeliverable, etc due to customs or your local postal service. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Re-delivery costs are the full responsibility of the buyer.
